Yes, chef Franco Lania’s first book is in the works!
I can’t begin to tell you what a joy it has been to work with Chef Franco Lania on his first book. I’ve been working with Franco since February, and we’ve made tremendous progress. This is because he is devoted to his craft, and his professionalism shows in everything he does. He’s a chef who loves his work, and loves to write about what he’s experienced.
Chef Franco started his career in the culinary industry more than 20 years ago. He’s a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, London and is also a master chef from Italy.
Born and raised in New Jersey, he’s traveled the world on a culinary journey that has gotten him on cruise ships and working in some of the greatest restaurants in London, Milan, Miami and New York. I have really enjoyed learning about all of his adventures!
He’s worked on the famed Oceania Cruise Line where he got the opportunity to meet Jacques Pepin! Franco’s been thinking about writing a cookbook for a while and early this year he decided the time was now! That’s when he contacted me…the Cookbook Coach!

This first book will be a memoir of his travels and the knowledge he has gained along the way – about food, cooking, and life!
A variety of recipe books will follow and they promise to be full of all the fantastic recipes and the “secrets” Franco has learned during his diverse career and travels.
