On January 24th, from 6:30 – 9:30 pm, I will be giving a cooking class at the Kings Cooking Studio in Short Hills, New Jersey.
The class will be based on mid-winter food items and dishes. The menu will be prepared and explained by me, step by step.
Personally, I have a great affection for Kings. I worked six years for the company and it was the place that started me on my culinary career path.
This is a top-notch store with a very famous cooking studio. Many TV food personalities have graced this cooking studio going back as far as the early 1980’s to the present day.
The menu I prepared is a mid-winter inspired menu. By the end of this class, all that attend should be able to walk out and purchase all the food items needed to make the dishes taught in class at their own homes with confidence.
There is something on the menu here for everyone, so sign up and join the fun and cooking inspiration!
Mid-Winter Delights:
Menu Highlights:
- Goat Cheese, Pear and Prosciutto Salad with Homemade Grissini
- Pumpkin Ravioli with a Sage Brown Butter–Madeira Sauce
- Caramelized Butternut Squash Wedges
- Porcini and Rosemary Crusted Rack of Lamb
- Baci di Ricotta
This will be a fun class with some guest participation and plenty of menu tastings for everyone!
