Follow chef Franco to the First Annual Farmland BaconFest of Omaha, Nebraska. This Farmland cook-off was a fun family event with a mouth-watering bacon recipe competition with local chefs. The rules were that each chef had to incorporate bacon into a dish in a tasty and creative way where the Farmland bacon was the main ingredient. Sound like fun? You bet it is!

Chef Franco and a panel of esteemed judges will taste all the bacon creations and pick a lucky winner. The winner will win a cash prize, a trophy and several boxes of the chef’s Minnesota Wild Rice Griddle Cakes. Cowboy up!
