I have some WILD news to share with you.  Several wonderful supermarkets in Pennsylvania will be carrying my Minnesota Wild Rice Griddle Cakes.  Super exciting!  Those of you who live in the immediate area of these new stores please stop in and purchase a box.  These griddle cakes are absolutely delicious and are a great accompaniment to any family meal.

And… for any of you who take day trips and/or long weekends to these fun family-oriented areas of PA, please stop in one of these stores and buy a box before you head back home. There’s nothing like heading home with something great to cook up from your trip.
