Wild News and just in time for the holidays! Last month I had a meeting with the Karns Quality Foods buyer of Pennsylvania.  He decided to stock my Minnesota Wild Rice Griddle Cakes in all eight of their stores.  Karns is famous for their butcher departments. Their meat case is filled with some of the finest selections around, making this a perfect fit for my product. 

So, starting in October all of their stores will be promoting fantastic deals on the product. Those of you who live in the area, please be sure to stop by your local Karns and pick up a box and cash in on the savings!  I’ll be doing pop-up cooking demos at many of the stores stores as well. 

Wild Rice Griddle Cake Stuffing

Since the holidays are nearly here, I will demonstrate in the stores how to make a delicious holiday stuffing and tasty muffins with the mix, in addition to the traditional griddle cakes.  At these cooking events, I’ll also be sharing some free giveaways and cooking tips!

My team and I are very pleased with this new addition of Karns to our list of new friends in Pennsylvania. This might sound funny, but I’m not surprised, because these griddle cakes truly are WILDLY DELICIOUS!
