SPRING has officially SPRUNG once you begin to see springtime asparagus at your local food markets.
Young pencil-thin asparagus shows up nearly overnight at food markets this time of year. So, I urge you to seize the opportunity to buy some “green spears” of spring when you see them. They will be disappearing just as quickly as they popped up.
