Good day friends! I want to thank The Italian Tribune (The Premier Italian American Weekly Newspaper since 1931) for the article they wrote about my cooking career and  Tavola Tours, a unique travel company in which I am a partner and the culinary coordinator.  Tavola Tours is a boutique travel company based in New Jersey that offers fun culinary and cultural adventures to Italy.
