Good day everyone! Here is a quick clip from a cooking class where I demonstrated how to skin a whole side of salmon and then create nice uniform cuts and tie them together for an impressive presentation.
Presentation is everything in professional cooking. People eat with their eyes first. The first impression of a dish is often times where people decide if something will be delicious or not before ever taking the first taste. This salmon demonstration was a very fun class. It incorporated my Minnesota Wild Rice Griddle Cakes and the class was taught a very nice way to create an impressive salmon presentation for a dinner party or just to enhance their daily dinners at home.
