Yes, my Minnesota Wild Rice Griddle Cakes box design is finally complete and they’re being shipped out! This is a NEW and exciting product with many health benefits. Wild rice is high in iron, protein, fiber and antioxidants.

They are the perfect accompaniment to chicken, meat and fish. Also, they make a great vegetarian option and can even be a healthy breakfast choice. So, as the saying goes, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Starting next month I’ll be headed to the Midwest to kick-off the launch of this wonderful product. As we progress towards the holidays these hot cakes will be available nationwide. And we’re looking toward Europe by 2016. Stay tuned for more updates!
