Handmade pasta is one of my favorite classes to teach. So, I’m happy to say that on November 15th I’ll be giving an interactive pasta class at L’ Arte della Pasticceria in Ramsey, New Jersey.
This is a lovely Italian cafe where everything is made from scratch daily. It is my favorite place to enjoy a coffee and a taste of Italy when I’m in town. Their biscotti are excellent especially their chocolate ones that are right up there with the best I’ve ever had, in or out of the United States. I simply can’t resist them. If you live in the immediate area, I highly suggest that you visit L’ Arte della Pasticceria. Escape from your hectic day to a cafe that serves up some delectable delights that will surely have you swooning over la dolce vita right in the heart of Ramsey, New Jersey.
As you can see I am very fond of this place, and am looking forward to giving this great pasta class. Keeping autumn in mind, I chose some of my favorite pasta dishes for this event.
Handmade fusilli
All pasta will be handmade
1) Fileja (a typical Calabrese pasta) tossed in a Spicy Sausage Ragu
2) Pumpkin Ravioli with Mostarda di Mantovana in Sage Brown Butter Madeira Sauce
3) Potato Gnocchi with Truffle Cauliflower Cream Sauce
