Pasta class with chef Franco at L’ Arte Pasticceria.
Hello friends! It’s a new year and that means it time for some new recipes and cooking classes. Since the weather has been so very cold these last few weeks, what better way to warm up than cooking with me at the wonderful L’ Arte della Pasticceria in Ramsey, NJ. Due to popular demand, we’ve decided to add a second night. That’s right! I will be teaching on January 24th and the 25th from 6:30pm – 9:30pm. The theme for the class will be A Taste of Italy! This means you will learn several dishes that represent cooking from various regions of Italy. Please call as soon as possible to book your place.
