Seasons Greetings! I would take a diversion from our daily conversations about food and travel and talk about something we all have been facing in 2020. This has been an extremely difficult year for so many people. The holidays are here and it’s a time we are supposed to be happy and put aside our daily woes to enjoy the spirit of the season with family and friends. However, the holidays are not always a time of joy for many people even in the best of times. This year was the icing on the cake for many that are struggling through the holidays.
Therefore, if you or anyone you know is having trouble coping right now this post might be very helpful. Furthermore, it’s also a relief to know that there is help out there. Confronting the hardships caused by this year’s pandemic can be very challenging overcome. However, it is always a good time to reach out for help or to help someone in need. This worldwide pandemic has caused a health crisis that has literally brought the entire world to a screeching halt. If there ever was a time when people needed help this crisis would most definitely be way up there on the list.
I wrote a blog post that coincides with the video below a few weeks ago. The blog post talks more in-depth about reaching out for help and has the contact information for a program in New Jersey. You will also be happy to know that there is also a link to help centers throughout the United States for those not living in the New Jersey area. Please click here to be directed to the blog post so that you and/or your loved ones can begin on the road to feeling good again.
